Stats, skills resists...

Hi, I am doing some SC armor for my guild now and I have a problem to put how much i. e: str, con and etc on each armor part. I want to know when the stats gets caped at an certain lvl. is there any site where I can see this or something like that? The help would really be appricieted

Groom Tree: a simple lvl 49 Druid (active)
Morredh: lvl 21 Ench (more for BG :/) (semiactive)
Mathrim: lvl 14 Uber champ =) (active) Got SC crafted Armor and Weapon
IMezzAllMidsAndAlbs: lvl 10 Bard (notactive for the moment)

At 50 you can have the following from items

75 to stat
11 to skill
26% to resist
200 hit points

HP=level*4
Stats=level*1.5
Skills=(level/5)+1 (rounded down so +5 at level 24 (i think)
Resists=(level/2)+1 (plus any racial attributes)

after all 26 pwr is probably less than a bolts worth
