Static Hostname thingy

Does anyone know where I can get one of those accounts where you download software and it keeps your dynamic IP linked to a static hostname... a free one obviously

Also some good basic FTP server software for XP ne1 could recommend would b great

direct update to keep the hostname synced with your ip instead of going to the webpage and doing it manually every time it changes.
little sys tray app only takes up about 1mb of memory. great little tool
works with Dyndns.org and shitloads of other dynamic dns services too
