Stat debuff effect

As you all may have noticed all this years playing daoc there were and still r many issues abt Daoc that where left unfixed. Like strafing nuking through walls etc etc. However there is one thing i feel it should have been fixed years ago and cant understand why none cares abt it. and that is not nerfing a class. let me explain.

Many times i have faced Stealth classes. Many of them use con debuff and thats ok for me tilll here. HOWEVER... the debuff decreases your con aka ur hits. SO my really dump question is the following. if u purge this effect shouldn't automatically return u the % of hits lost due to the debuff suffered earlier? I mean con debuff is something once u get u r forced to suffer even if u purge. Havent tested on malice or other types of debuff but i assume it happens too.

I find this really annoying and wonder if theres anyone here who can do something abt it. Or if theres someone here who can explain me why should this remain so i can figure out.

Well as I see it when your Con gets debuffed your hits amount is also decreased automatically so when the debuff timer ends your hits will still be lowered even though your Con is back to normal.

Other debuffs havent got an effect like that ofcourse as those stats don't affect anything in that matter.

else u would be able to heal u'r self if u have a 2h weapong with +28con, and a 1h weap & shield with +0 con and then swap between them all the time if u see what I mean then it would heal the 28 con up each time u swapped around even tho u was on 10% hp from a start.

since if u get con debuffed when u are on 50% hp u don't loose HP only u'r MAX hp is lowered :p

yus, but his point is that you fully heal up to 100%, debuff ends and then you no longer at full health, you need to stop and rest again...

Most annoying thing for this i find is malice debuffs if solo. Get debuffed, kill enemy, bugger off and rest, move back out and then find your down on 75% health again short time later so need to go rest again :s
