lo all.. hum does neone know if the +75 item cap has changed with the recent patches or is going to change in the future? and in some sc templates i notice that some resists are 27% or eve 28% how is this possible as there is the 26% cap?

In herald u can see they are working on it, dont know when new stats cap are implemented
