Startup sound

Any way to turn down the volume or delete this annoying sounds that is *10 times as high as everything else?

u can disable it by disconnecting the tiny speaker from the motherboard.

How can I disable / enable the internal speaker?

And if you dont have a tiny speaker? This sound is going through my normal soundcard and is, as lethul said, 10 times as high as everything else ;p

Its the sound you hear when the Mythic logo appears.. Just before you get to the login screen.

Sorry m8, i thought ur were talking about the noise that your PC can make when u fire it up. Unfortunately, I am not sure u can do anything about it appart from turning your volume down.

You know that's POST yeah? You wouldn't want to disable that..

that removes the sounds when i start camelot.exe?

Thought you wanted for Windows.. I'm not allowed to tell you how to stop the DAoC startup sound. Client modifications are bad.

Avoid starting camelot.exe - works for me everytime

I wonder if your wave volume is higher than your master volume.

I'm not sure if this is much help to you, but my buffbot PC has all sounds set to off. I don't get the crazy loud Mythic startup sound, just the EA one.

Not a huge amount of help ofc to have all sounds off.
