starting a subcription

my friend has just come to the end of his free month and for some reason when he tries to start a subscription all it brings up is a "Account done" or whatever it says, but interestingly the url is "/general_err.html" which leads me to think the system is FUBAR. has anyone had any subscription problems like this recently. thought id use this over rightlater as he would like the problem fixed now as opposed to 2 days later

(not that im saying its crap, i just dont trust it )

any ideas?btw i cant access /create_invoice.php can anyone else?

haven't got my login info at work else I'd try to login and see if it was working...
