Any recommendations for a good Spyware program?

Seen lots through Google, but would prefer a recommended one.

Spybot (cba getting you the link) is suposed to be good too, though I use Ad Aware myself.

My mistake guys - I thought ADAWARE was a different beast to any spyware checking. already downloaded and cleaned up.
