Head down to swinley forest (AKA the lookout) in Bracknell, you can get the train there from reading. Just opposite Coral Reef swimming pool. It is great for XC, general riding and doing more extreme stuff.
Didnt know you liked to ride bikes, if you need any bits or help with tuning let me know, ill sort you out, got 2 sheds full of bike parts.
