Spring Day

Has anyone done this GOA quest, Spring Day?
It starts in Ludlow with Eimond and i'm stuck on step 3, finding the winter spirit.
If so, please tell me where i can find it. Thanks

You can find it roaming near the bridge to black mountians north.
