Spread heals:
30 Group Regenerating Spirits 187 HP 3.5 Sec - 79 P
39 Group Resuscitating Spirits 241 HP 3.5 Sec - 95 P
48 Group Reviving Spirits 295 HP 3.5 Sec - 110 P

Group heals:
13 Group Healing Conflux 85 HP 3.76 Sec - 37 P
22 Group Renewing Conflux 139 HP 3.58 Sec - 57 P
34 Group Restoring Conflux 211 HP 3.34 Sec - 79 P
44 Group Reviving Conflux 271 HP 3.14 Sec - 94 P

Now, the point I'm not certain of is, is the HP in spreadheals the total amount of HP restored? If it is, then spreadheals are the most utter crap _ever_ implemented on the spell lists. With same amount of mana than then lvl 39 spread heal, the best group heal heals more HP / person than the spreadheal heals the "neediest".

Can't be arsed to read trough all patch notes to find if that 241 HP in lvl 39 spreadheal for example is 241 HP / group member or 241 HP in total. IF however the total HP is (value) * 8, I think they will totally destroy the final active role for druid in RvR. I mean buff when leaving, /stick, spam spread heal when engaging. I refuse to take such an role in RvR.

As you know I'm not a Druid but I've read up about it on VN boards and this is my understanding of how it works from what I have read........

Standard group heal does xxx heal to everyone in group regardless of if they are at 100% health or not so e.g. you do 400 points of healing per person and only 3 people are injured out of 8 then the 3 injured get 400 point heals and the remainder get 0 heal as they did not need it.

Spread heals are _intelligent_ group heals so in the same example as above instead of the 3 people getting 400 each and wasting the rest the spell _thinks_ "ohhh wait I have 5 x 400 points (2000 points) going to waste here" it then redirects this to the 3 injured people giving them 1000 point heals instead.

So basically it is very handy in a decent sized battle where several people are taking damage at the same time, normally a group heal would be too little to heal those in greatest need and a single heal would leave those not healed in serious need.

Hope I didn't grab the wrong end of the stick but we'll know soon enough when the patch hits Pendragon (get half a group to jump off a high building, hit heal and see what they are healed for, get 2 to jump off and see what they get healed for, get everyone to jump off and see what they get healed for etc)

Imo this makes the druid to uber, and remove the point of being a skillfull druid in RvR.

The whole idea about this "spread heals" sux arse :puke:

Yes, as I stated, if the amount healed is value times the number of group members, this means druids only need one press of a button to achieve what has taken experienced druids months of practice.

Also try here --> Spread Heal Topic @ Druids Msg Boards

There is feedback from the US server's of this and the Battery Of Life RA

From what i read it's like a group heal spell, With the difference that it only heals the ppl with damage.

Apparently it uses the same power as the 2nd highest grp heal but Like that heal does Um about 263 per person/per cast. this will for example if 2 out of 8 are taking damage then it concentrates the healing on them and not telling u healed the other 6 for 0 hp.

Also from a power pool with 207 emp they say u get about 4-5 cast of this spell (similer to useing the 2nd highest grp heal)

It's not effected by LoS afaik.

It's also not just Druids that get this spell.. the MAIN healers of each realm (Cleric, Healer & Druids) get this under different names.

Me personally am looking forward to this but it's not till patch 1.56 (coming with SI)

But i'd read the Druids Boards for in-game feedback on this.

Spread heal means that your healer has to be totally brain-dead not to get heals off in time for people - most of the time at least.
Speaking as someone who plays a mid-level druid it'll remove most of the skill and judgement from the class imo. <Shrugs> Upsides and downsides - good druids will go unacknowledged and bad ones will improve.

I don't think it's gonna be a case of standing like a bot casting this spell. It's not easy going on the power pool so using single target heals will still need to be judged.. But read the feed back from the link i posted.

^^^ up there :)
