RR 10 bm, so that's +13 weapon, quite enough to reach 51 weapon spec with a split spec BM.

maybe so, but a rr10 BM with the right template could still have 37 parry, or if the bizzarrre thought struck him, spec in blunt, blades, AND pierce all at the same time for a laugh.
