i killed nalsor and went to give tomos the potion, tomos doesnt want that item! is this quest bugged or do i need to do something else before that?

There are 4 different bags of seeds, for the 4 orchards, when you get to the centre of each orchard and get the spam drop the seeds for that orchard ok
