Word of advice, if you're not doing it already. Save up, don't take the work for granted and always try to plan ahead with the possibility of losing everything.

What i mean by this is that don't take too much loan that you can't pay off even unemployed, try not to take a "too big apartment" because you "can" and always try to put some cash away just for that f*cking rainy day.

This isn't just for you, but thought this thread would work as a "advice" thread on the things young(not you) people do when they get "plan happy"
