there was a ml8 drop belt that was sweet +20% dmg to humanoid / elemental (LOTS of toa scroll mobs are 'humanoid' eg: skyros and shit) but it got nerfed to 2% (yes 2% LOL) in 1.68

so from 4/5 of cap it gets nerfed to 1/5 of new cap... nice mythic.

Little of both, I havn't decided what stats my fake items have yet so its hard to tell.

well pve bonus items are pretty worthless really, to put in your final temp that is, ok to switch to them for pve i guess
