Spellcrafting Legendary Weapons

Just curious as Its Patch day

I know the old procedure for spellcrafting legendarys was that many didnt overcharge them as the 4th slot was counted as a 94% gem with chance of losing the weapon etc.

But now we get the full 37.5/32 on 99%/100% weapons, gem quality not affected anymore and we cant lose the weapon, only blow up now and again, so I assume for templating purposes that we can go for the full 37.5(3 slots)on Legendary Weapons from now on?

just get a Golm on your spellcrafter to recover all the lost con at the end =)
