spellcrafting application?

guys a while back i dloaded a cool tool that let u choose stats and resist etc for all slots on ur chars armour and accessories

now i cant find it lol

anyone know where it is?

it also showed u how far from cap u where and thigns like that

Stuck it/them in my webspace, you will need to download both and update 1.3e with 1.3f as for some reason there did not seem to be a 1.3f full available for download....
