Spell Peircing?

Just wondering if 5% spell peircing makes or breaks a toon? :/
Reason I'm asking is I don't know if Woven Hair of Malamis is a bad choice to go with instead of Jacinas? Is Jacinas a LOT better than Malamis?

if you can be arsed with lvling the artifact i would say jacinas is better than malamis belt, arcane siphon, pierce and group mcl is ubah

yeh, very nice that lvl 10 ability is. Especially after fight, very handy to have one or two in grp :>

Hmm so Malamis is sort of nothing compared to Jacinas? :/
I guess I'll have to spend more time than I though farming then :/
