spell duration!!1!

has anyone seen a decent template with high +spell duration?

atm i only have 6% and im thinking about when my tarts dies respecing for 44 mind and just hve looooong CC at the cost of a bita dmg.

done some ikkle searches but havnt seen much yet and my attempts at making one havnt gone amazingly well :<

just need some ideas for the kinda items to use atm.

only stuff i know with duration is cloak of heavenly bodys, bracer of snow and jacinas

He also had a rog necklace with 14% duration and like 10 dex cap.
