Spell damage

Anyone got any accurate formulae for how spell spec is taken into account when calculating nuke damage?

My icewiz is currently 50 cold, but i wonder how much damage my pbae, and baseline dd would lose, if any, if i took it down to 48 cold to get some heavier firebolt damage.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yes indeed, lovely series, i ran out of names after making Graendal and Juilin though, so had to improvise on the rest

Matt, something like that, i would hate to lose my gtae for uncovering sneakies but firebolts are just so nice in many situations
