for some reason i had my first 2 booooms on 5 point o/c

anyone else had this problem?

Were they 4 gem 5-point OCs?
If so, you were pretty unlucky...

5 point overcharge with 4 gems = 98.5% in qual?

If so i've never had that happen, if it was any less than 98.5% qual in total then you take a risk.

Had 2 items go boom with a 5.5 overcharge so far.

I always use 2 x 99/mp gems and 2 x 98's

One item was some armor that HAD been used before - the screen said its condition was 100% - all other items I took to the smith and guaranteed they were 100%, no boom since.

2nd item was something someone had already imbued with 2 gems, apparently imbued gems are marked down to 94% so when i added the 2x99's boom - never agin, since then i wont accept part imbued sets.

4 99% gems and it wont happen - anything less and it will sooner or later.

By using lower quality gems your just gambling with your customers items for the sake of your laziness.

fyi i replaced the items on my own cost

dont assume things and call ppl names

if i wouldn't use 98,5% gems i would have quited SC much sooner because it is so f*cking boring

my point is i did like a 1000 5 point overcharge and never had a boom, and now is have 2 in 1 order :-/ (crafting for ~2,5 hours without profit sux)
