haven't checked if vamp got special pierce styles BUT still can't figure why so high piercing as there will be no bonuses after 51 piercing... so I could just leave it 39+11 . Getting muchmuch more points in other lines.

Yes, Vamp has special pierce styles.. Vampiiric Feint and Eye Shot

39 piercing would gimp you. Go 43 for eyeshot (400+ damage non-crits on light tanks/casters if they are debuffed).

also the higher weapon skill means more power returned - look at using a slow pierce wep - more dmg means more power

No you can't the zerk will eat you anyway.

iirc thats only if you use dw/la/cd styles which vamp does not have access to?

39+11 is valid if you are an assassin.
And if you don't use your normal weapon spec as assassin but DW or CS styles instead. Speccing higher in CS will increase your style damage therefore increase your overall damage potential.

Doesn't apply to any other class.

I guess it would apply to 2h/pole armsmen and pallies though, as they only use their 2h/pole styles, not the 1-h styles when wielding 2h/pole.
