not entirely sure, but i think soul reckoner drops it. don't quote me on that though

I'm kinda looking for one atm but looks unlikely i'll get one from a raid for the next few years Was wondering if the mob was focus killable or not.

Yes. Because the answer (at least once in my experience) is off Crypt Lord.

Yeh it drops from the Crypt Lord, hes one of the easiest mobs to focuspull, but takes ALOT of patience because of all the rooms you need to clear first.
