Spec Points

Soooo am i right in thinking that with this new patch Infils now get 2.5X to their spec points?

If so (fingers crossed) is this backwards compatible, i.e if im lvl 20 at time of new patch will i get all the pervious 'owed' spec points from 1-19 given to me? Or is it spec points from 20 on at 2.5x

Or am i totally wrong? (SIGH)

Prolly too much to ask .. but hey why not
