spec points and styles.....

i just lvled and trained some skills but noticed that in the trainers panel all skills have an added 1point to my own panel.I am realm rank 2 so am asuming that this is the added 1point per skill but does this mean i need to train to 1point higher than normal (eg slash skill at lvl 44 would i need to train to 45)to gain new styles? any help here would be greatly recieved.

The numbers in the trainers panel is the COST to raise the skill to that lvl, and it have always been the same, mate
