Spec for a 50 hunter

What spec is reccomeneded for NF as a hunter?

isnt the whole point of a hunter to be a archer otherwise why would anyone roll one , what spec is good for a "bow" hunter then

I specced my hunter
50 bow
44 spear
37 stealth
some beastcrafting

from what I have seen in NF, the beastcraft specc might be better ie
50 bow
34 bestcraft
29 spear
rest stealth (think its 35 or 37 you get, be sure to check actual numbers though before speccing).

If you plan on running about with friends shooting people at keeps your spearskill is never really used, if you get run over you are dead anyway most of the time. The beastcraft specc will give you some buffs and a pet you can send in to leech rps and interrupt casters.

Your personnal playstyle will determine what specc you should pick I think. Also please consult a more experienced hunter since I am low RR.

You'll probably mean 50 spear/sword, right? Just fyi mids cant spec a dmgtype
There's a few hunters that went this way, but why would you want to spec so high in melee (Sword / Spear) while nf is mainly based on range advantages? It's not like the lvl 50 spear style is so uber, and if you choose to spec high sword for ragnarok you'll notice a fair bit of ws decrease when you get s/c db from assasins.
High melee, sure, but not to 50 imo.

cause sword=100% str

spear=50%str 50% dex

atleast thrust spear anyways.

My spec now is 45 bow, 39 spear, 32 bc, 35 stealth. Ok balanced spec. I don't want to sacrifice ALL my melee utility, and I wanna keep bc for the pet and the coming spec af.

atm Im speced the cookie cutter 45 bow 39 spear 32 bc 35 stealth. I suggest this for anyone who doesnt know quite how to spec as u get a chance to try everything.

Though I love the doggie I really dont think its worth the points as i mainly use it for an inturupt tool and a low level dog will do exactly the same just not give the extra 100ish dmg add.

So that leaves me with 2 main specs i want to pick. either 50sword 45 bow rest stealth or 44 spear 50 bow rest stealth. The reason Im undecided is mainly because of MLs. I havent done any MLs on my hunter yet but if I do get FZ I'd really like to try FZ + ragnorok combo.
