Can anyone tell me if the ABS proc from SOK stacks with the ABS proc from SOM please?

so yes they stack

As above, they work completely different.

SoK only absorbs 50% of the style damage only, which is a much smaller effect and only against styled attacks. (and to be honest, is not really worth it unless it procs right at begining of a fight).

yea sok only really useful if you get perfed mid fight and its up- the damage reduction isnt that great, its like a ghetto wh- though every little bit helps

just use malice till its nerfed (or cw) and maybe carry a legendary pair of matter/spirit weapons sc'd with similar stats to malice for when you fight high pd classes

I wouldn't suggest using SoK for anyone really, the proc is just to low powered. Unless it lands on the very first hit the amount of damage it will absorb is basically next to nothing unless your fighting people with very high growth rate styles.

I tried it in my first template and usually found it never proc'd until the fight was almost over and by then it was to late to make any differance to the out come at all.

Basically you should probably look at Malice until its nerfed, maybe even after if you still like it, and then look at champion weapon or legendaries, these days you need to be using some form of debuff damage to make any real impact. But damage is probably not your strength anyway, you may be better of still playing the defensive/outlasting game in which case even after the nerf malice may still be worth using.

50 shield tank with SoK works fine when the blows actually land on you you pbbly have that style reduction on imho.
I do remind it to be a slower weapon also, i do believe that increases ?dam/critical?
