Did it a couple of times with 1 full group.
We had 2 clerics each time, a pally and usually an ice-wiz or a reaver.
Everyone went inside the temple, one person went to Olmagion to aggro him and then started engaging him, we usually let the pally engage.
Then everyone started beating on the door (you can bring a ram to speed this up if you want).
We always had at least one battlemaster with Faultfinder to bring the door down so it went pretty quick.
Once the door is down everyone ran outside and the person engaging Olmagion would move to the door and would fight him while standing in the doorway.
That way the clerics could heal from outside the temple.
At around 20% he starts to call for harpies and will sometimes heal himself.
This is where our ice-wiz or reaver came in handy.
We just let the ice-wiz cast 1 pbaoe inside and then he would run out the temple till he reached the stairs. The harpies would follow him and since they die once they go a bit outside the temple we didn't have to worry about the harpies beating on our tanks.
A reaver also works nicely with pbaoe chants
If you have a theurg with you have him keep at least 4 pets on Olmagion once he's under 20%, this will help the tanks hit him and will prevent him from healing too fast.
Then you can just beat him down and hope that the spear drops

This one I dont want to mention anymore. After doin him 10 times or so i finally was in grp that got the drop, (silly droprate imo.)

When door down we ALL stood inside to try new tactics, as when we did other one when ppl went outside or the tactic when pally ran in aggroed and ran out again and we took the door down from outside, it never dropped.

Dunno if there is any difference of the tactics but our setup all the time was about 1 group with 2 ff tanks, a pally, 1 theurg spamming pets (whole bar-rest-whole bar again), 2 clerics and rest dont matter (actually dont needed).
We did it one time with 2 theurgs and got him down in 3 mins and not even 1 harpy had time to aggro us
When or if the harpys aggro you can either pbaoe them with whiz if you have one, or as we did when got it, i was runnin in to the middle collecting 10-15 harpys and sprintin outside. 1 or 2 harpys didnt stick me and get stuck on healchant from pally so might be wise to organize so the pally dont healchant while tank runs out with aggro past the group.
As you can see there are differnet ways of doing this and i heard of ppl getting spear even when taking door down from outside but never gotten it myself.
1 important thing to remember is if the spear drops be quick to pick it up and run outside to the stears so the harpys dont steal it back, when you hit the stears outside the spear changes form to the actual artifact, when inside its just a dummy.

Depends on your group tbh least number of people ive done it with was 4 (Pally,Pally,Merc,Cleric) .. All enter cleric constructs ram and beats door down while the others use bleed styles on him .. took about 20 mins
