Spear + bow template for kobbie

my final template for now.
Using shield always when stealthing.
With any arti bow or new dragon bow get max spell range.
Champ spear give aura 5% all melee resists and draconscale bracer have unlimited charges, can use every 15 mins, 10% all melee resists for 10 mins.
Spear and bracer charge stacks, so most of time melee resists are + 15%.

Nope. caster bracer charge goes to 2nd tier cause it takes away dmg only, don´t help to resists, but physical resist are always against dmg cause nothing what to resist, that´s why it goes to tier 1 resists
