Speakers etc.

Following on from the recent thread about what sound systems everyone has, I'm in need of advice on a new speaker set for my PC (Because I'm not a fan of hifi's)

Having looked around briefly, I'm torn between the creative dtt2200's, the 'Labtec LCS2515 4.1 Surround' (no url, bar dabs), and the more expensive LCS 2514. I'm also a pauper cheapskate student cunt, which explains why a) They're all reasonably cheap and b) why I only have a Soundblaster pci 128 card - which restricts the choice of the 2200's as they're somewhat more reliant on a 5.1 card.

Anyone got any recommendations / reviews / money ?

[edit: I'm interested in both sound quality and loudness, so if anyone has experience with the above, rah]

Kez, I've got that Labtec's little brother, the Pulse-242
they're great imo. very clear with the sub adding a punch when needed. [and cheaper too ]

Yer they look smart... better than shite creative tish tosh like I got for the same cash... FPS1000 bollox but with only 2 satellites, not recommended if u like arf decent sound
