SPDIF stuff...

Not sure where this belongs but, basically to cut to the chase my shuttle SN45G only has optical/TOSLink SPDIF outs, my altec lansing speakers only take COAX SPDIF input, I was wandering if there's some kind of converter out there that will either convert the optical signal into coax, or some kind of card that will connect to the spdif header with an spdif coax out.
