spamming, (people who wont shut up)

Does anyone know if there is an antispamming program for the people who just do YAP commands over and over and OVER! , it drives me and many others insane. some people need to grow up.

I suggest you pop into #bwmoh on quakenet and ask one of us to politely warn then to STFU.
I agree it is annoying.
