SP3 Rollback ://

Long story short - The plug was pulled on a 2k machine whilst a service pack was installing. The machine now wont boot, and in add remove programs when i go in via safemode the service pack doesnt show. When i try to reinstall it in safemode, it says the required services arent running



Any ideas?

deleted the winsock2 keys from the controlsets in the registry, came back up a treat
