Well, South Dakota feels that the winds have changed in the Supreme Court, and it uphold a ban on abortions. Obviously, I think they are crazy, having seen what happens in countries with a back street abortion change. Not good at all.

People will just drive to the next state. It's not really surprising, a lot of the 'Red States' have been trying to overturn 'Roe v. Wade' for years, to the extent that lots of women go out of state anyway, because its actually quite hard to find a clinic in the mid-west. Ironically I learned most of this after reading "Chasing Dogma", it got me interested and I looked it up. And they say Jay & Silent Bob are slackers

South Dakota only has one abortion clinic. If Roe vs. Wade is overturned, a lot more states may outlaw abortions, which would make it virtually impossible for some of the more vulnerable (poorer) women to get access to an abortion.

They'll never outlaw abortion. I really don't seem them making flights of stairs or knitting needles illegal.
