Hi all,
Yesterday, my system crashed and I had to re-install Windows XP from scratch. This all went fine, except for one thing: I can no longer get sound from my SoundBlaster Audigy.
The card is installed properly (XP shows no exclamation marks)and I am using the latest drivers (although the older ones worked fine in my previous installation). The speakers are fine too - they have been tested on another PC.
The mainboard has on-board sound and I have enabled it for the time being (the sound works properly here).
I'm going to fiddle around with the thing some more, but other ideas would be appreciated...
tnx
