Just get some nutter to pull disciples from the lair, I got one in only a few pulls. You don't have to go inside just get a skald to run close to the outside wall.

saw 2 drop within an hour once, then again havent seen any drop since, best idea is when xping at lair just to make a habit of pulling disciples from lair after every DT before the chain pulling starts and you will soon come across one
best not use till lvl50 anyway, its a nice hammer but dur runs down fast, might have to go gank some more disciples myself soon
