SoS crap now?

Anyone else noticed that SoS is just the same as an instant speed song now? For me at least - spoke to a few other minstrels and it seems to drop if you get hit/attacked, not just if you attack/start a song... Bit crap tbh - thinking of respeccing out of it - opinions? :eek2:

Not sure minny's actually have a single decent class specific RA now. Tried out AM, didnt think much of it.

Checked with a half dozen other mincers with it in game. It does get broken by any root/mezz/stun/snare/damage/being breathed on/looked at nastily. So as far as im concerned its worthless now, gonna respec out of it totally. Was handy as kind of a group purge before if nothing else, cant even use it for that now.

Pretty sure it broke as i ran past a small shrub earlier too.

AM3 is ok if your in a stealth grp but if u come across a FG you die first so whats the point.
Was out run by a lv30 scout stealthed earlier ( 31+12 spec ). They could of least given mincers MoS2 or something

Its ment to break on hit, that was the nerf..........

I play a minstrel and its not that helpful if taken past SoS1, its basicly a hunter/ranger speed shout, and should be used acordingly.

If you dont like it, dont get it, alot of other things you could get instead.

Would like to pointout that SoS was mainly used when in small groups as a "get away" tool, now you should have Phase Shift which basicly does the same without getting you killed.

Anyone tested using SoS first then PS straight after, would be intresting to know if it breaks.

Yes i tested it 'cause i used to do that before NF. Phase shift does break it every time, and i can understand melee breaking sos but mezzes/stuns its rediculous - not gonna waste my points on it tbh.

AM is one of the best Ra:s in the game i think, makes it easyer for clerics to heal when its up as all in group get a amount of heal/3 sec. Keep the mincer alive tho .. or it will drop.
