IMO Remove Lifetap-component on all casters when MOC is used.

completely agree with you here - lifetap is way too powerful as it is atm: not only is the dps equivalent to that of a spec nuker but it also heals the caster on top of it.
Remove heal component when MOC is active and make lifetap a specline spell only with 3.0second cast like EVERY OTHER dual component spell (dd + debuff; dd + snare). Give every list caster a lvl 50 2.6s baseline dd and either a 3.0s 179 delve dual component spec nuke (lifetap, snaredd, debuffdd) or a 2.8s high delve spec nuke but not a ridiculous 2.5s lifetap in bloody baseline.

as for the bof+moc thing - well it's a bug and needs fixing no doubt; can't really imagine that it's hard to correct it.

Annoying bug, had to remove BoF a few times to MoC1 stuff.

Fix MoC + BoF in about a year, or how long sorcs had 10 mins reuse MoC + SoI ? xD
