Sorcs are fun now!

Was in barrows last night for a few hours to see which pets are anygood, my sorc is 47 and here is my top ten !

10th)Scaled Fiend
Average DoT
9th)Goulic viper
Not great but an evil DoT
8th)Soul Harvester
Melee's and procs a lifetap
7th)Phantoms
Good damage and HP, not much else
6th)Darkfire
Fairly good nukes but sucky HP and melee damage
5th)Celts
Nothing special but they have loads of HP
4th)Fallen Warriors
Only go up to about lvl 44 but if you find a sheild one they parry/block/evade and the damage is fairly decent
3rd)Mega Wight
Lowish HP but procs a nice cold DD
2nd)Skeletal Druid
Roots (might be AE?!) then DoT's, Self Damage add + AF buff
1st)Spectral Wizzard
Very hard hitting bolts + parry. Was taking yellow vigi's to 50% health with 2 bolts..

And yes im bored!

I can only second Wylea on this, its so far, for me, the best class available.

And Vestax (old or new btw ) you should have a pet stronger then these in Barrows, the huge granite giants in Pendragon's room. They hit stronger than pole arms, resist more than wearing a MP SC set, and can solo easy Vigilant Souls.

Note for yourself : Walker told be about the very same pet in Breifine, and they rock as well (you will have to play a bit with camera tho) but are weak against slash/thrust/crush tho.

i have always enjoyed playing my sorc
even more now we are very strong in RvR

theres a yellow con mob in briefine that procs 200 DD nukes ever 4 or 5 secs

We need more sorcerers and sorceresses for RvR, it's a really big weakness at the moment. Seriously could do with some PBT threurgists and more Minstrels though

I know my Minstrel is even more fun to play now

i just love bloodletters, they sooo quick, and when u set em on luris / kobolds, they cant see over the top of em, works a treat
