Sorceror Debuffs

Can anyone tell me which Sorceror Debuffs stack together and also (more importantly) which ones are not linked together? For example, I know it is possible to cast 2 debuffs, one immediately after the other without having a 5 seconds delay between.

These are the buffs and their type:

Strength debuff (Body baseline)
Dex + Quickness *AOE* debuff (Body Spec line)
Dex debuff (Matter baseline)
Dex + Quickness debuff (Matter Spec line)
Dex + Quickness *AOE* debuff (Matter Spec line)
Con + Strength *AOE* debuff (Mind spec line)

afaik all our instant debuffs are on the same timer, and all of them stack with eachothers.

i thought

single insta-debuffs on same timer

ae insta-debuffs are on different timer

but i've been wrong in the past

Dunno about stacking but I know for sure that i can cast 2 debuffs in rapid succession (just cant remember which ones they are). Then I have a 5 second delay then I can cast 2 others in quick succession.

Just wondered which ones were on the same timer but like jaas says it could be AE on one timer and single on another - I wondered if it had anything to do with the dmg type?

The single str and ae str/con and the single dex and ae dex/qui all stack

Single and AoE debuffs are on different timers, like Jaas said.... at least in my experience.




Also remember, you can hit the debuffs at any time, even if you are casting mezz/DD, just debuff them while your casting-animation plays out.

Debuffs will break mezz, but not root.

Don’t debuff while quickcasting. As I understand it the debuff can take the qc part and leave your cast as a normal and interrupt able.
