If your going for that number of artifacts you could probably do a little better

Take a look at Eggy's caster setup for a few suggestions. If you prefer something a bit easier to get the artifacts/items for search this forum a little: theres been a huge number of caster/sorc template threads.

it doesnt make big diffrence for caster but 1500 hp buffed is standard nowadays.

You have missed the point here. What people are saying in a nice way is that your template is crap.

I laugh when I see people making there own templates for mages, granted if you know you will only be able to obtain certain items go ahead, but if like most you want to use the best items available the work has already been done by the yanks. though the templates above are impressive.

There was a thread on the VN boards, the Mage Class section called something along the lines of the Spoilt Brat Template, on that thread are a whole number of templates, one of which is soo good I can never seen it bettered, pretty much everything you want for any caster class. Its pretty much capped in everything spell dmg. cast speed, spell pierce, dex, int, with decent resists. It does have rare spell pierce artis on it but even those can be done with 1-2 fg of the right classes. If you want a good template go find that thread, no one I have told to go and look it up has been disappointed.

The best course of action is to to what I did make a template with easy to find items, then keep the Spoilt Brat Template in reserve for when you get those one or two highly sort after items.
