Sorc RA Question (MOTA)

Question: Does MOTA increase dex at all? also will my cast time increase when im both unbuffed and buffed? Currently i reach my cap of 303 dex (when buffed).

Last thing! it states on the RA page that the fastest cast time you can get is 2s, I've asked around and other seem to think you can pass that cap? true or false?

1. no your dex doesnt increase

2. yes it increases cast time in all situations

3. around 1.5 secs is the commonly accepted cap for casting spells

4. dont get more than level 2

if you are always buffed, dont bother getting more than mota1, or if your spells base casting tiem is 3.0 secs or above, anything less than that and mota wont help so much.

there is no cap in casting spells

each lvl of moa is the equivalent of +30 dex over, above and independant of the caps. for a sorc MoA has gotta be the no1 RA id say, lvl2 is nice, ill be getting lvl3 on my wiz at some stage but mom3 comes first to go with my wp3

if i had a 50 mind sorc moa3 would be what i'd aim for first. fractions of a second matter.
