Sorc / Caster artifact question.

Just wondered what artifacts they find really suit the sorc , or even caster in general if not sorc , I was would be grateful for any posts on names of Artifacts and any reasons you like it , and if im being cheeky I might as well ask how easy you are finding it to level as well.
- Cant decide what to hunt for and any advice/experience from artifacts used would be much appreciated.

Nailah's Robe, Maddening Scalars, Cloudsong and Erinys Charm.

Good combo of range, speed, damage, powerpool and resist piercing. If you want an artifact staff aswell, Staff of God, Traldors Oracle and Tartaros Gift are all good choices for any caster.

Do the abilities like Arcana siphon( the one where spell doesnt use any power) stack with other arcane siphons on other artifacts?

i'll be using:

Tartaros gift - 5% damage -mcl 2 insta charge
jacinas sash - 5% resist pierce
cloudsong - 5% cast speed + some % range i think
maddening scalars-3% cast post nerf and some power i think
guard of valour - 4% damage and some other stuff
snatchers tale - some nice cap modifiers and rp bonus \0/
erinys charm - 5% resist pierce and stuff

ring of torrent - 20% cast speed pre nerf (to cap 25% cast speed with cloudsong before nerf) - its 2% cast speed after nerf to cap it at 10% and cap all my melee resists after nerf

and some other drops to cap +dex at +26

but note that im a body sorc .. so im mainly focused on dealing damage quickly ... you might want to change snatchers etc or find some rogs with + duration if your the main CC'er ... although with the new ra's inc you might want to be looking at investing stronger in your secondary cc line ( aoe root after purge etc) ie higher body spec etc maybe
