Been dling porn and shit for like for ever and i get this warning kinda scared :O anyone got a warning like this?

Just ignore it tbh, your isp is bound by law to send it too you if they recieve a complaint dosn't mean they will do fuck all about it, had quite a few of them and nothing ever came of it.

Use utorrent, turn on file transfer encryption and set it to 'forced', problem sovled. With that on the data is scrambled and they can't tell what you are downloading, it also helps get around the traffic shaping that alot of ISP's use as well so it may help improve your download speeds if your ISP has using shaping on certain ports to limit p2p usage.

mail em and say if they whine more aobut you using your line you'll change isp. And then ask em again about them being allowed to spy on you like that and also mention you'll counter sue them for threatening you like that (because its actually illegal for them to do that).

Also they are just mailing you about shizzle like that because they dont like to pay 'extra' for you to use your line (every mb dl costs them something)

My isp isnt whining about me using my line luckily

Wouldn't send your isp a mail telling them to stop spying on you tbh, since they arn't your just wasting time also encryption works fine unless its the people reporting you that are uploading the file/fake chunks to you then yes ofc they know what your downloading because they are uploading it

Run peergurdian whilst downloading if your worried about it, but tbh unless your shifting TB's a month and your ip keeps popping up they wont do shit.

I 'THINK' how it works is something like they send empty packets or fake data that presents itself as part of the file your downloading to your client it is then downloaded and deleted as it does not match the file by that time they usually have enough data to make a complaint to your isp.
