Anyone care to explain what helps you hit your cap? For example, seen a lot of screenies lately of people hitting their cap in melee against 50s with good resist. Just wondering what allows that to happen.... ludicrously high spec? ludicrously high stat (be it str or whatever) or is it merely dumb luck? Can't believe the latter of course....

Good question. While buffed I often cap against SBs. Yet I almost never cap on casters, who have a lower AF. Seems to just be blind luck.

but are you Southern or Northern? the difference in caps is tremendous.
