You can tell its for Comic Relief as its as funny as finding out you have cancer.
2 fat birds came round to our table in the pub just now. One was dressed as Lara Croft and one was just dressed like a twat. I don't remember Lara eating all the pies, we told them to fuck off as we'd already given blood this year.
I don't mind charity but what the fuck is "comic" about a fat lass dressed as Lara Croft?

Im skeptical.
Im quietly hoping it has nothing to do with Comic Relief. It's too funny and incidental to be dismissed as a "plain old Comic Relief skit".
I don't really see what relevance it has to Comic Relief either.. it's not like people are going to rush out and donate or buy more copies of the Guardian after reading about a very personal missive from an journalist nobody. Where's the chah-ri-dee angle?
If it was April Fools Day I could understand it being a spoof.
Still, it is almost too blatent not to be some kind of Comic Relief related thing. Plus its been up for quite a while now, you'd have thought they would've taken it down by now. Unless his bosses really are as blind as he makes out.
