I just had a thought, and was wondering if it's possible to "land" and balance one of the smaller planes on top of the B17...?

hehe nice idea, I think the wings would be big enough, and I've learnt how to land ( ), but landing on a moving plane is not as easy as landing on a carrier

I think it was http://www.bf1942.com/ that had some pictures of a plane landed on a wing of the B17 (on the ground).

I don't think you stand any chance of landing other planes on the B17 whilst the B17 is in the air.

Of course if anyone's up for some silly stuff grab me from #bwbf1942 on QuakeNet if I'm free .

I think we should have a "stupid challenge night" !

How about having a plane under each wing of the B17, the pilot bails and see if the 2 planes can keep it in the air ?

Problem being even with ff off the planes and b17 will blow up pretty quickly, obviously it doesn't mean it shouldn't be tried heh

Couldn't find the "landing on the B17" pictures, but did find a nice "jeep launching" idea... drive a jeep full pelt at a pile of exp' packs, setting them off when it passes over and sending the jeep flying into orbit.
Some bunch of maniacs even managed to jump the river on Market Garden.

We could make a nice Barrysworld BF1942 Stunt Display Team.

heh, that's what G have been up to most nights as we tend to be the only people on the server. With 2 engys detonating all of their det packs at the same time you can clear the church spire with a run up.

You can fit at least 10 on a b17, that's more than have ever been on BW at the same time, so space isn't really a problem
