Some names get restricted. I had a char called ' insernamehere' once , then tried to reroll and said it was a ' duplicate ' , 6 month later i could use it again :touch:

try typing your name witrh some spam after it ie afrojfksdjhfs.
If it still says duplicate its restricted


Apparently its something to do with when a new patch comes out , they restrict / unrestrict certain names.
