Some probs...

When i shut down DAoC i get disconnected from the internet (sumtimes). mIRC says 'No buffer space availabe'. During that period the other PC on LAN keeps being connected (while it goes 'thru' the pc mentioned first).

Second thing is slow zoning times. Got friends who run the game basicly on equal/ 'worser' systems but they seem to zone way faster then me. Specificly the time from freeze frame to actualy zoning takes way longer since SI. If i run the game in 800x600 there seems to be no prob (In 1024x768 the game runs aswell good, exept for that part).

Your PCs split their internet connection when you're online.
That mIRC problem sounds like something someone I know experienced.
Basically, He was downloading something off of the internet and something about being kicked from mIRC because his connection couldn't handle the rate. (Or something along those lines.)
Now. mIRC DOES slow down your cpu when you are ingame. Constant spammers in rooms etc will make your ping bounce up and down.
I'm not much of a technician, but IMO i'd try:

a) Without the mIRC.
b) Cut the PCs so as only one is connected.
--- Just to see whether this affects your problem at all.

ah thnx ;)

Found out that the zoning prob was win2k tho, spoken to someone else who had win2k and the similar problem with that.
