Ok, for those that like to keep asking where things are... get this:
Freelancer Locator Tool v1.3
You'll be able to get exact co-ords for a base or jump hole easily from someone else who has it.
You'll see there's a number of mods on that site, as well as tons of info about ships, systems, commodities, etc. They don't have weapons listed, but I think that would take a long time. Also missing the exact faction details.
