they are all quest items, look them up on mad troll and then look the quest up on daoc.warcry.com/quests. Cant do it atm, at work

Cloak of the Troll Fathers - quest call stoneheart

Ring of Spun Silk - quest called dark times of the soul, requires mucking thru the ick (lowbie quest) to be done

Bedring - catla's downfall

Jergursunn - also catla's downfall (one gets to pick 2 bracers as reward)
